Timber Ridge Pony Club Minutes
Date and Place: 12 January 2015 at Lang-Fallon house, Iowa City, IA

Attending Members: Amelia, Kayla, Alex, Rachel, Maija, Anna, Jean
(1) The minutes were approved with no revisions.
(2) Winter Camp was discussed. Four people from our club are planning to attend: Amelia, Rachel, Alex and Kayla. The hosts (Gerry Jones) have been notified. There will be about 20 girls in attendance. Parents of girls attending should volunteer for food and other jobs to make the Pony Club run smoothly. All girls will prepare a short presentation; Lara and/or Cami will send out the topics selected for the girls.

(4) Quiz Rally was discussed. Quiz rally is scheduled for the weekend of the 19/20th of March. So far, Kayla (Cyndi) are interested in going. Amelia (Cornelia) tentatively interested in going, but they will check the calendar for spring break plans.
(5) Plaques have been made for the XC jumps at Bent Creek Farm. These plaques will say “Owned by TRPC”. They have been installed on some of the jumps as of January (weather permitting, etc).
(6) Plans for 2016 Mounted Meetings were discussed. The tentative calendar looks like (2nd Saturday of each month):
Saturday April 9th
Saturday May 7th (or 14th)?
No MM in June (too many other events occurring in June, summer camp, etc)
Saturday July 16th
No MM in August (too many other events occurring August, Champs, etc)
Saturday September 10th
Saturday October 8th
(7) New Business: Next meeting at Cami’s house at 7 pm on Tuesday, February 9th. The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 pm.
