  • Secretary’s Report – Chris
  • Minutes from April 9 meeting were approved
  • Treasurer’s Report – Cornelia
    • Status of 2019 Budget was shared
    • 2018 financials are completely entered in the new financial tracking system
  • Last unmounted meeting was Record Books (Rachel taught)
  • Congratulations on certifications – Test sheets were handed out.
  • New certifications:

  • Jane McDowell clinic – positive feedback on the clinic with Jane and interest was expressed to have her back. Discussion about the possibilities and logistics of having outside instructors in to teach.
  • Water Bottles – there are 16 water bottles left to sell. Amy will take the to the fun show at Ali Glenn’s to try to sell some and we will try to sell them at the Catalpa ODE on Oct. 13. More ideas for selling are needed.

New Business:

  • Tonight’s unmounted topic is bits – Alex is teaching
  • Annual Meeting – is November 12
  • USPC Membership Renewals are due. Renew ONLINE my November 15th and save $10
    • Everyone should’ve received an email with instructions on renewing
    • Regional Membership fees – $35 payable to TRPC
    • Local Membership fee – $80 payable to TRPC
    • Sponsor fee – $5/sponsor payable to TRPC
  • Nominating Committee – Molly, Amy and Bridget will serve as the nominating committee and will report back in November to fill the positions of DC, DC-Elect, Treasurer and Secretary
  • QCPC Coordination – we are planning to meet with the QCPC leadership to discuss our partnership going forward with Winter Camp, Clinics/Lessons, Summer Camp, Certifications
  • Online store – Lara is going to set up a new online store for ordering gear before the holidays.
  • Fundraising – Chris will coordinate the food sale for October 13 at the Catalpa ODE
